Using HabitMuse

HabitMuse is published by Jeweltrons. Use the app and this website lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or its optional online services. You are responsible for keeping your device and connected accounts secure.

A productivity tool, not professional advice

HabitMuse’s coaching, predictions, streaks, scores, and insights are informational. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, and do not guarantee an outcome. Do not use HabitMuse as a substitute for qualified professional or emergency assistance.

Your content and community participation

You are responsible for the habits, notes, reflections, and feedback you create. Do not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or sensitive personal content in community areas. You give HabitMuse permission to store, display, and process community feedback as needed to operate and improve that feature.

Access to online features may be limited for abuse, harm to other users, violations of law, or interference with our systems.

Optional services and privacy

Account, backup, community, analytics, diagnostics, and advertising features depend on third-party services such as Google, Firebase, and Sentry. Their availability and terms also apply to those services. Accepting these terms does not opt you into analytics, crash reporting, or session replay. Availability and backups

Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Keep and verify your own backups before uninstalling, clearing data, restoring, or changing devices. Account deletion does not itself delete local device data or Drive backups.

Release and purchase availability

HabitMuse is currently preparing for public release. Store availability and any paid offerings will be described when released. This website does not sell subscriptions or accept payments. Do not treat test purchase screens or test ads in a pre-release app as a completed financial transaction.

Stopping use and contacting us

You may stop using HabitMuse at any time. Visit Account & data deletion to remove your account or request help. For questions about these terms, email jeweltrons@gmail.com.

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
